Sample orders are generally processed more quickly than bulk orders.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and shipping destination.

Shipping costs for samples are typically the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

3. Production Lead Time

Production lead times depend on the complexity and size of the order.

Typical production schedules are provided during quotation and order confirmation. Actual production time may vary due to order volume, raw material availability, or peak production seasons.

For customized products, additional production time may be required.

4. Shipping Methods

PJTL Flowers supports multiple international shipping methods, including:

  • Sea Freight
  • Air Freight
  • International Express Courier
  • Customer-appointed Freight Forwarders

The most suitable shipping method will be recommended based on the order quantity, delivery schedule, and destination.

5. Incoterms
