For non-stock items, custom colors, new designs, or custom packaging, the production MOQ depends on materials, tooling, process, and packing method. We confirm the MOQ for each SKU before sampling or production.

Yes. You can request a sample to review the material, color, dimensions, and workmanship before bulk production.

The sample fee is paid upfront and refunded after the first qualifying bulk order has been paid in full and delivered. Courier charges are paid by the buyer and are not included in the sample fee refund.

The applicable terms and sample preparation time will be confirmed in the sample quotation.

In-stock samples can usually be prepared faster than custom samples. The sample timeline is confirmed after we review the design and material requirements.

Standard orders generally take about 7-15 working days after the details and deposit are confirmed. OEM orders generally take about 15-25 working days after sample approval and deposit.

Actual timing depends on materials, quantity, complexity, and the current factory schedule. The confirmed timeline will be stated in the quotation.

We work from confirmed SKUs, drawings, Pantone references, packaging files, or approved samples. Before mass production, both sides confirm the key specifications in writing.

Color and material appearance may vary slightly between screens, samples, and production batches. An approved physical sample is recommended for color-sensitive projects.

Yes, subject to product feasibility and order quantity. Options can include hangtags, labels, logo stickers, barcodes, inserts, inner boxes, and export cartons.

Please provide editable artwork and any retailer or marketplace requirements before quotation. We do not publish customer logos or project details without permission.

Orders are checked against approved specifications during production and before shipment, including appearance, color, dimensions, quantity, assembly, and packaging where applicable.

Any quality issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with the order number, SKU, affected quantity, carton labels, photos, and video. We review the evidence and propose a solution based on the verified cause and agreed order terms.

These options and reports are available for selected products, not every SKU. Tell us the destination market, application, and required standard or test method before sampling or quotation.

We will confirm product suitability and share available supporting documents for the selected items.

We can coordinate express courier, air freight, sea freight, LCL, or FCL according to shipment size and destination.

Freight and courier costs are paid by the buyer unless the quotation states otherwise. Final shipping cost is calculated after product quantities, carton volume, destination, and trade terms are confirmed.
