OEM & ODM questions
Can you match colors from a sample or reference?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference, physical sample or clear reference image. We will confirm the flower type and material, prepare a sample for review and begin bulk production after the approved color is confirmed.
What is the MOQ for OEM or ODM orders?
MOQ depends on the product, material, color, packaging and level of customization. Existing designs and standard colors generally require lower quantities than a fully custom development. Send the SKUs and estimated quantities for an exact MOQ.
How does sample approval work?
We first confirm the product, size, color, construction and packaging requirements. A sample is then prepared for review. Bulk production starts only after the agreed sample and specifications receive written approval.
Can you add my logo and retail packaging?
Yes. Available options may include labels, hangtags, barcodes, inner boxes, carton marks and custom retail packaging, subject to order quantity, materials and printing requirements. Please send your artwork and packaging specifications for evaluation.
Can an ODM design be exclusive to my brand?
Exclusivity may be available for suitable ODM projects, depending on the design scope, tooling, order quantity and commercial agreement. Any exclusive arrangement must be reviewed and confirmed in writing before development begins.
How do you control quality before shipment?
The approved sample and order specifications are used as the production reference. We check key requirements such as color, dimensions, construction, quantity and packaging before shipment. Any third-party inspection requirements should be agreed before production.
