Questions from online sellers
Can I place a small trial order before buying more?
Send your selected SKUs, colors and quantities so we can review available options. Minimum quantities and packing multiples depend on the product. A trial order does not mean every SKU or custom pack is available with no minimum.
Can I combine colors or products into one selling unit?
Tell us exactly what each pack should contain. We will check product availability, assembly and packaging requirements, along with any additional minimums or costs. Confirm the final pack contents before creating your listing.
Can I use PJTL photos in my online store?
Ask about images for your selected products. Confirm availability, permitted usage and whether the images show the exact color and pack you are ordering. If new photos are needed, agree the scope, cost and file requirements first.
Can you prepare an order for Amazon FBA?
Send the current instructions and label files for your marketplace and shipment so we can review the request. Preparation tasks, feasibility and costs must be confirmed for the order. We do not treat ordinary export packaging as automatic FBA compliance or guarantee acceptance.
Do you offer dropshipping to individual customers?
This page covers bulk sourcing for online sellers. If you need individual customer shipments, ask us to confirm whether your destination, product and order process can be supported. Do not assume dropshipping, returns handling or inventory synchronization are included.
